Mix Vegetables Easy and Healthy Recipe| Healthy Food | how to make healthy vegetables in 15 mins
INGREDIENTS:
Brocolli
Carrot
Capsicum
Peas
Potato
Onion chopped
Tomato (peeled and chopped )
Green Chilli chopped
Cabbage chopped
Coriander (for garnising)
Garlic chopped
Ginger paste
Salt half tspn
Black Pepper half tspn
KNOOR vegetable cube half
Oil 1-2 Tbspn
Method:
Cut all the veggies .Heat oil .Add garlic and fry till golden brown .Add onions ginger paste .Fry for 5 mins. Now all all the veggies ,salt ,black peeper and knoor cube .
Cover with the lid for 15 mins and its done.
