🍌 Banana Bliss Ball Recipe:
-4 bananas (or 2 cups of a substitute—pumpkin, sweet potato or apple sauce)
-3 cups oats (any! But if using old fashioned pulse them a bit to more of an oat flour)
-2 tbl chia seeds
-2 tbl flax seed
-2 tsp vanilla
-1 tbl cinnamon
-1/3 cup maple syrup
-1 1/2 cup coconut
*Mix all wet ingredients than add in dry. If your bananas are more ripe or if you’re substituting for something you may need more oats! Roll into bite size balls, refrigerate and eat within 7 days
