7) Address irreversible organ damage incurred while eating a poor diet
No diet, no matter how effective or meticulous, can correct all these and other factors that impair health. Specific efforts to do so are required. Do so and you will not be rewarded with only a boost/acceleration of weight loss, but restoration of numerous aspects of health.
