It is ideal to incorporate exercises that will help not only your over all body, heart, muscles, but also your endurance and flexibility. Hence, you will need to perform some cardio, weight, or your own body exercise, a repetition of sets and some stretches.
Your Heart
To help your hearth, cardio exercise are the way to go. This merely means to move and be active at a fast pace. For example, you can do some jumping Jacks, run in place, alternate knee raises, squat, or do lunges. Cardio is simple: it is an activity that will make your heart pump and get the blood flowing through veins.
Your Muscles
In order to build your muscles, you will need to perform weighted exercise. This can be done with simple tools, such as dumbbells, for example. If you don’t have any equipment, your muscles can still be developed using the weight of your own body. Interesting, isn’t it?
Endurance
To increase your endurance, you will need to repeat sets of exercise, over and over!
Flexibility
You will need to perform some sorts of stretches. This will help to loosing up any tight muscle, while helping you become more flexible. Have you ever noticed how good it feels to stretch? Sometimes the body does some weird sound in the process, but it’s all good!
