Out of stir fry sauce? Quicky whisk together your own with this recipe.

This fast recipe is great tossed over stir-fried chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu and mixed veggies for a fast weekday supper meal.  Serve your stir-fry with rice, noodles or in a soft tortilla wrap or lettuce wrap for a complete meal. Use coconut aminos or wheat free soy sauce to make your own gluten-free hoisin!

 

Makes 4 servings

What you need:

 

4 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp molasses or honey
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sriracha hot sauce (more or less depending on how spicy you like it)
1 garlic clove, minced

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
