What Is Blood Pressure?
Blood pressure is the pressure of the blood in the vessels. A normal blood pressure is consider to be 120/80, which is essential in order to keep the heart well and to have an overall good health. Although a blood pressure reading of 140/90 is considered to be a “normal blood pressure” it is still a little higher than it should and needs to be lower.
There are two types of Blood Pressure:
1 Low Blood-pressure
This is when the blood pressure reading is less than 120/80. This type of blood pressure is usually harmless for human being.
Causes of Low Blood Pressure:
A– lack of salt in the blood
B– dehydration of the body
As a result, a low blood pressure can make you feel dizzy if you attempt to get up after been seated for a while.
2 High Blood-pressure
This is when the blood pressure reading is more than 140/90. This type of blood pressure is harmful for the well-being if it is goes no unnoticed or untreated.
Causes of High Blood Pressure:
A– Increase amount of salt in the blood
B– thickening and hardening of the wall vessels
C– elevated alcohol intake
Some Symptoms of High Blood Pressure are:
A– Severe headache
B– Tiredness
C– Nausea
