I have been practising Yoga for years now and I believe that Yoga has great impact on our Body as well as our mind.
So with this thought I am starting this new segment, the Fitness Segment. In this I will share with you some really simple and helpful yoga Asanas and also some very easy but effective workout routines which will improve your health, quality of life, and give you a fit and Fab Body.
My Aim is to spread knowledge based content through this segment. I will be sharing small and simple workout routines, nutrition, and health information. Thank you for working out with me.
