Hi guys!

This is another at home eating challenge. I decided to make food I enjoy and eat on a daily basis. I’m a big fan of stir fry all vegetables and fish. so this was rather nice.

The reason I’ve done this is I want to get better at competitive eating…and the only way to do that is EAT BIG! Unfortunately if you’re as health concious as I am you can’t just eat pounds of chips and pizza,so a little healthy alternative is in order. The plus side of this is digesting vegetables and lean meats are much more forgiving on your organs and digestive system.

So this is a good way to expand your stomach capacity without getting fat or sitting on the toilet all day!

The challenge was actually 5.8lb and consisted of;

300g mushroom
250g stir fry
1000g potato
2lb mixed/diced veg
1lb fish
170g beetroot
