For Gas, Pranayam is best. After meal, sit in vajrasan for 10-15 minutes. Eat light food, chew it properly. Do not do over eating. If then too, problem do not decrease, consume Gashar Churna 1-2gm after meal with water. But for permanent solution, you have to do Kapalbhati Pranayam.
Mix Hingwashtak Churna or Lavanbhaskar Churna in butter milk and drink it. This is best for colitis too. Buttermilk is best remedy for good health. Person having cough, asthama, Arthiritis should not drink Buttermilk. People in village think Buttermilk is not much useful, but it is wrong. It is very useful for good health.
People having constipation can consume apple, fig, lauki, carrot, guava, papaya in small amounts.
