HOW TO START YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS JOURNEY! Welcome to Part 1 of Fitness for Beginners in 2021. Each week I will be posting fitness tips that helped me during my health and fitness journey. I start my journey in 2015 and really dedicated myself to working out consistently in 2018. I grew to love fitness dearly and have learned so much over these years. I want to share fitness tips that I have learned and fitness tips that I wish I knew when I started my journey.

So you want to know how to start a fitness journey at home? I will be posting weekly tips for both women and men that may be new to fitness or want to pick it up again! It’s never too late!! With this account, I wanted to develop sessions that could be done at home. I have worked out at home since 2018 and have loved every second it. I post four workouts at home per week that include strength training, HIIT, tabata, balance training and more!

A new beginner fitness journey can be absolutely terrifying, I was there too! You don’t know where to start, what to do first, how to stay consistent or what pieces of information to listen to. Finding workout motivation can be difficult, but I will be here all week to keep you on track! We are going to have so much fun working out together and I’m so stoked you’re here!
