Go with your gut: Novel findings on the gut microbiome, nutrition and health

with No Comments

‍The latest research from our landmark PREDICT study is the first to reveal strong links between specific gut microbes, diet, and health.‍

For the first time, we have found a group of 15 “good” and 15 “bad” gut microbes that are linked to better or worse health, including inflammation, blood sugar control, and weight.

We were joined by world-leading scientists Prof. Tim Spector, Dr. Sarah Berry, and Prof. Nicola Segata to talk through these exciting findings and what they mean for you.
