♡Where to start? In your kitchen. Stop buying “fake foods” and get rid of them inside your home. This will ensure you have “real foods” inside your house and will not be tempted to eat those junkie treats.
♡What to eat? You want to eat real foods, which means whole foods. Such things like vegetables, fruits, legumes, beans, nuts seeds, grains, and if you choose to eat meat or fish. When eating, use the plating method.
♡How to shop? Shop on the exterior of your grocery store, this is where the real foods are located; produce. Remember to read ingredients that way you won’t purchase a fake food accidentally.
♡How to eliminate cravings? Consider drinking more water. If you are TRULY HUNGRY, then eat a larger portion during your meals. With time you will stop craving fake foods as frequently.
♡How to live a balanced life? Eat healthy 95% of the time. Therefore, when you have a party, a vacation or simply want a junky treat, you can willingly! Just drink extra water the following day to flush it out of your system.
