Day 164 – 17 January 2021 – Health & Fitness Progress

The eighteenth video documenting my health and fitness progress.

Shoulder is doing great. Knees are feeling better. Not walking enough though. I only seem to find time on weekends. There is so much work to do in the office everyday right now.

AND I’M DOWN TO 192 lbs!!! (87kg)

Another week of not starting GMB Elements. =( But honestly, I really need to find an hour a day to walk before I add in anything new. Then I’ll start Elements. Stay tuned!

Goal weight 164lbs/74.3kg

UC status: in remission (last flare 14 Dec)

The Covid-19 restrictions were extended to 9 February. So Pilates and yoga continue to be a no-go. Also no haircut or eyebrow waxing, as you can plainly see. I’m resigned to using this time to ramp myself up. I am dedicated to taking an hour a day to walk this week. 2pm seems the warmest, least wet time of the day right now. So I’m going to set an alarm and stop work at 2pm to go for a walk. Let’s see how many times that works this week.
