Day 72 work outs and meals

Hello friends today I did some major core exercises to reduce my belly fat don’t know from where my energy is boosting up.

Since I tried some thing new it took 30min extra time so overall today my work out time is start time by 6am and end time is 8.30am.
Total 2 and half hours workouts for every set I took min 1 min gap to start other one .

Today I tried shavasanam also for 5min. Till now I tought this is just an asanam to relax while doing yoga but by doing this asanam properly all my energy doubled and it’s like a complete body battery recharge asanam.

Woke up at 5am and started work outs at 6am an continued till 8.30am.

Bfast watermelon and apple at 9.30am.

10am omelet, carrot and kheera.

Lunch godumaravva palak pulav with huge vegetables.

Evening snack will be jack fruits

Dinner will be raagi milk malt.
