Ensure is perhaps best known for their broad line of meal replacement and nutritional shakes. Today, we’re taking a look at Ensure Original Nutrition Powder to see if and how it stacks up to other popular meal replacement supplements on the market.

What did we love about the nutritional label, and what (if anything) did we find a little lacking?
It’s worth noting that this Ensure meal replacement is designed to help users meet the Recommended Daily Intake of many nutrients, so for some athletes, it might seem a little low in protein. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing for all users, and there were definitely some groups we thought might enjoy this product more based on its macro and micro-nutrient profile.
