Thank you for watching the intro for my upcoming vlogs.

This channel is born out of my love for living a fit and healthy lifestyle. For 20 years, my health and fitness journey is a manifestation of my self-love. I have reached my goals of running two full marathons, countless half-marathons, organized two successful citywide marathons, frequented Fitness First, Circuit Training Dubai, Anytime Fitness, and Pound for Pound Fitness gyms, and participated in numerous sessions on Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, Strength Training, Cycling, Mountain Climbing and other types of exercises form different fitness sites.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I posted my daily exercises on different social media, inspiring others to journey with me to become fit and healthy.

I want to dedicate this channel to all those who encouraged me to create a YouTube fitness channel and all those who will join to continue building a community that values fitness and health, especially during these difficult times where our health is the main concern.

Besides this YT channel, I will be creating a Facebook page for the members to post their workout videos, before and after pictures, to continue inspiring others on their fitness and health journey. I will be posting workouts that you can perform at home and share many fitness and health information to know your body type, BMI, and nutrition requirements as per your body type and goals.

I am also halfway in finishing my first fitness and health journal, which contains information to guide and motivate you to achieve your goals and record your fitness journey progress. All discussions and challenges there are supported by the vlog.
