Hey guys! DJ here. Welcome back to another episode of Fat Loss Friday. At the end of this video, I’m gonna be giving away a tub of my favorite protein powder.
Today, I have a question from Tatas Stuokus, he’s asking, “Can I eat before I sleep, like grapes, blueberries or etc. Or should I not eat these at all? Well, it depends.
Okay, first of all those things are sugary. So, what you kind a do is to eat those kinds of food around your workout times. Okay? So, if you workout at night, you can eat those grapes, eat all blueberries. If you will workout in the morning and you wanna eat those things at night, it might not be a good ideas, not optimal, might not hurt you depending on your body fat percentage and everything. But, it’s most optimal eating sugary food like that around your workout time. Preferably, after your workout. So, if you do not workout at night, you eat those that might spike your insulin levels, such as healthy fats, proteins, avocados, chicken, almonds, things like these. That are very good for you, very nutritions, they satiate you but won’t spike up your insulin levels.
