FULL DAY OF EATING FOR FAT LOSS // Realistic Day of Eating Quick Meals

Hello friends!! I am back at it with another full day of eating, showing you what a regular day in the life looks like for me! Thank you so much for watching, I hope you enjoy it! Xo

Chilli Ingredients
– 1 pound ground turkey
– 28 oz diced tomatoes
– 1 can rinsed six bean medley
– 1 can rinsed chickpeas
– 1/2 can deep browned Heinz beans
– 2 cans diced tomatoes
– 2 tablespoons tomato paste
– 2 cans rinsed mushrooms
– 1 yellow onion
– 1 red pepper
– 1/2 cup chicken broth

Spices
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 1 tbsp cumin
– 1 tbsp Chile powder
– Some pepper (1/2 tsp)
– Some salt (1/2 tsp)

1. Cook ground turkey in The Instant Pot or on a stovetop
2. Combine all ingredients above
3. Cook for 12 minutes on high in The Instant Pot and use natural release
4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and greek yogurt
5. ENJOY! 🙂
