Typhoid:

Typhoid is a very common bacterial disease which spreads through the intake of contaminated food or water. The bacteria tend to travel through the intestine to the blood stream and ultimately affect the immune system, gall bladder, liver, spleen and other parts of the body

Cause:
Intake of contaminated food or water

Symptoms:

• Headaches
• Sore throat
• Abdominal pain
• Diarrhoea
• Constipation
• Fever
• Weakness
• Exhaustion
• Rashes

Natural home remedy using cloves and honey:

The anti-bacterial properties of cloves help to improve the functionality of the digestive system. Raw organic honey helps to sooth abdominal pain, improves digestion and provides energy which is required in this condition

1. Take 1 litre of water in a vessel
2. Add 4 cloves to it and boil
3. When the water evaporates to half its original quantity, take it off
the heat and leave it to cool down
4. Add 1 tsp of raw organic honey to this water and drink

Natural home remedy using basil and black pepper:

Holy Basil is a strong anti-biotic which helps to fight all kinds of pathogens (or germs) in the body. Black pepper is a good anti-bacterial and helps to improve digestion while saffron is known worldwide for its curative and natural aphrodisiac properties that help make you feel better in this condition

Take 4 holy basil leaves in a bowl
Add 7 black peppers to it
Also add 7 strands of saffron (or kesar)
Now grind these together to make a paste
Divide this mixture into 3 portions

Consume these portions in a single day. Have them after each meal

Tips:

• Do not share personal items of an infected person
• Drink boiled or filtered water
• Wash your hands before eating
• Avoid sugar, coffee, dairy, meat & other processed foods.
• Include apple cider vinegar, raw garlic, lime and orange juice, apples,
bananas and honey in your diet
• Get plenty of rest
• Stay in a well-ventilated room
