Can you tell the difference from a Health Goal vs a Fitness Goal?
Health Goals aren’t the same as Fitness Goals. Goals like these deal with overall wellness and normally pertain to what doctors have been advising: Better Lifestyle habits. They mainly cover lowering cholesterol levels, lowering blood pressure, being migraine-free, attaining balanced hormones, eating healthier, getting 8hrs of quality sleep, etc.
Fitness Goals are focused on the ability of your physiology. They focus on exercise, strength, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility of your body. Goals like these also can be specified as completing a 10km run or able to do a headstand or handstand in yoga, to as simple as losing 2inches off the waist (which isn’t as easy to do!)
