How To Start Calisthenics: NUTRITION 🍽️

Bodyweight Training is a style of training that more people are growing interested in. Being an advocate of Calisthenics, this is great, but as we all know, in order to gain any form of results, nutrition is going to be at the core of it. As this is fitness, the industry itself overcomplicates pretty much everything – nutrition being one of them.

In today’s video, I simplify healthy eating and how it can be carried out in a way that is not only extremely easy to follow, but extremely enjoyable as well. Again, nutrition is very simple, so after watching this video, you will know, essentially, all you really need to know to sustain a healthy lifestyle and sustain long term results. πŸ™‚

As mentioned in the video, I am currently suffering from a groin strain (a tendon adductor injury to be precise) incurred from football, so therefore cannot really upload any valuable content to the best of my ability.
