It’s been 37 weeks on the ketogenic diet and here are the weight loss or shall I say gain for this week.

Sure it’s great to see the scale drop week after week after week, but it’s unrealistic to expect that you’re going to always get what you want. I’ve obviously hit a weight loss stall, however I do think my body is still continuing to change and look directly to the drop in body fat.

Stay positive – enjoy your life – stick to your diet and the changes will come!
