This video was made to inform those who follow my health and fitness Instagram, @_madhealth, about my life before where I am today, and how I became passionate about health and fitness. I do want to say I’m so so sorry for how crazy long this video ended up being– clearly I got way too carried away while talking!! If I do continue to make more videos, I promise to keep the length of them to a minimum! I hope this video inspires, motivates and encourages as many people as possible! Also if anyone wants to talk to me about any of the things mentioned in this video, I would love to talk about it in more detail! Thank you so much to those who watch!!
