The habits of adults, start from childhood. One of those habits is the way they eat. With the growing rise in obesity, this presentation looks at slowing that rise by attacking it in its infancy. In this video, we will explain the importance of developing a healthy eating habit in your children and tips and ideas to do this (even for the picky eaters). It is not an easy propisition but the benefit is measured in health.
