Hi everyone!! In this video I share the simple whole food plant based meals that helped me lose weight and reverse all of my health issues. I Read the book “The Starch Solution” by Dr. John Mcdougal and it changed my life!

Breakfast:
Steamed cabbag with lemon, or teryaki, or peach balsamic vinegar
Quick cooking steel cut oats cooked with banana, and topped with frozen pineapple, strawberries, and brown rice krispies for crunch.

Lunch:
Baked Potatoes
Steamed Broccoli
Green onions
mushrooms cooked down with garlic powder and vegan worcheister sauce

Fat free cheese sauce :

Afternoon snack:
Red bell pepper slices
cucumber slices
black grapes

Dinner:
Steamed asparagus with lemon and garlic salt
oil free hash browns seasoned with garlic salt and roasted in air fryer or over until crisp
Black bean and corn salsa:
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
juice of 1 lime
Mix all ingredients

Raspberry chili sauce:
2 tbsp Raspberry jelly
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp water
several pinches of chili flakes to desired heat
