WEIGHT LOSS SOUP,
4 cups mixed vegetables of your choice (Brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, etc.)
1 can drained and rinsed chick peas
1 can diced tomatoes + 2 cans water
2 onions chopped
2 heaping teaspoons granulated garlic
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons hot sauce. (start with 1 teaspoon, You can add more when finished.)

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 20 minutes.
