Hey guys! So this is something I get asked all the time!
People are always shocked to know that im a Truck Driver- they always say “But how are you so slim?” A lot of it has to do with what i eat- and in this case preparation is always the key! This is just a snippet of what i usually prepare for my work food- I usually snack throughout the whole shift, it helps keep me alert and helps keep my metabolism going! As you guys know i dont believe in counting calories EVER! If you want to know more information on that subject check out this video!
