One year ago if you told me I’d be uploading a ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ eating video on YouTube, I’d of probably laughed in your face and so would everyone who knows me, but here I am. I’ve never given much thought as to what I eat until a few months ago when I started to take my fitness and health more seriously to improve my performance in rugby. I started to see a massive change in my physique and got lots of questions as to how I’d achieved this. The main thing I would tell people is the changes that I’ve made to my diet and lifestyle. So, here’s an insight into what I eat in a typical day and some key dietary habits I have picked up along the way.
