The soup / dhal recipe is:

3 courgettes
Around 100g red lentils
Around 200g frozen corn
Lots of chopped up celery
2 red peppers
Chilli powder, turmeric and smoked paprika.

I cooked in my Instant Pot for 35 mins. So maybe 45 in a pan.

Then blend it up. Super simple and easy.

I make it in a big batch and eat it over two or three days. Get me on Masterchef eh?! 😛
