Preparation Method:
Take 500gm Whole Wheat Pasta(Ensure MAIDA is not used). Boil 1ltr of water to Rolling Boiling point. Add 1/2 Tbsp Rock Salt to the Boiling water and add the Pasta and allow it to cook for 5 mins, until it is soft and tender. Strain the water, wash it thoroughly, pour 1Tbsp oil over it and allow it to cool.
Saute Chop 4 Garlic, 1 Onion, 4 Tomato Puree one by one in 2 Tbsp oil, until the raw smell goes. Add the below masalas, 1/2 tspn Turmeric Powder,
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder, 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder, 1/4 tspn Garam Masala, Saute until the raw smell goes. Mix the cooked Pasta with the Masala. Garnish with Pepper and Coriander leaves/Spring Onions. Yummy and Tangy Wheat Pasta is ready to be Served!!!!

1. Whole Wheat Pasta 500gm
2. Garlic 4 Nos
3. Onion 1 No
4. Tomato 4 Nos
5. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tspn
6. Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp
7. Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
8. Garam Masala 1/4 tspn
9. Cold Pressed Groundnut/ Sesame Oil 4 Tbsp
10. Rock Salt to taste
