If you love the classic combination of peanut butter and chocolate (perhaps in cup form?) then you are going to love this quick and delicious smoothie. We like to enjoy it for a quick breakfast or leave the ingredients prepared in a blender cup for our kids when they get home from school. Frozen bananas add a unique smooth texture that can’t be beat. Thanks to dietitian Jackie Silver for sharing this recipe as part of Nutrition Month 2021.

Jackie says this smoothie reminds her of a chocolate milk shake – and we agree with her! Smoothies are a great “to go” option when you need a portable meal and are quick to prepare if you don’t enjoy, or don’t have the energy for spending a lot of time in the kitchen
