This recipe is heavenly yummy when presented with cod over spicy carrot puree with cooked broccoli and asparagus. It is indeed full of nutrients and good fats that are essential for a healthy body. This could be taken a packed lunch or presented as a supper.

Recipe ingredients:
2 medium carrots (150g)
1/2 garlic clove peeled
8g ginger root
10g butter
1 tsp lemon juice
150g codfish fillet
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
a good pinch of crushed dried chili flakes
