How to Make Badaam milk
Diet for weight loss— we dont have to keep ourself hungry to lose weighht.. we ll eat in small quantity but 5 times a day

protein*3 tym bodyweight
Carbs*2tym bodyweight
Fat – 1/4 of body weight
morning-
Take any liiquid – whey protein or Bcaa or honey water with lemon
Before breakfast- 50gm black chana
Breakfast-
Badam milk with corn flakes
Or plane milk with muesli
or4-5 egg white omlette
orplane oats with some dry fruits
aftenoon snacks
Some dry fruits to have gud fat in body
or protein bars
or fruits
or some veggies
Lunch-
100gm cooked rice with 60-70gm daal or rajma or soyabean or 2 chapati with same
or 100gm rice with boiled chiken
or chiken biryani
or nrmal dar rice with 6-7 egg whites
with salad and curd
evening snack-
kala chana chaat
or matar chaat
veg/nond veg soup
2 toasted brown bread with veggies
Dinner-
50-60gm cooked rice with dal/rajma/soyabean with salad
or boiled chicken 200gm
or roasted chiken/fish
or2 roti with dal and 7-8 egg whites
whey protein b4 bed
note: Do not keep urself hungry theuout the day for weight loss… may b u will lose some weight but You will lose your strength also…
