Some days are just shit. No other word describes it better. You get out of bed longing to get back into it so another day can pass and you can get closer to getting happy and healthy again.
But thats regressive. Get up. Stomp your two feet to the floor and attack the day as best you can. Get to the gym…go for a walk…talk to family or friends. Plan ahead…force yourself to deal with it.
Easier said than done…i know…but its better than doing nothing. Put yourself to the front of all your decisions and see how you do. You will still be lapping everyone buried under their duvet wishing the world and its shit to go away.
