My first video!!
My aim is to tell my story of how fitness helped me overcome depression and anxiety whilst having fun a long the way.
ITS HERE!!!
After much deliberation I decided I would push myself and create a YouTube channel. Even if it only helps one person, that’s one person making the first steps in their journey to better physical and mental health. It’s a very casual conversation (with myself) about my own battle and how I managed to turn it into a positive.
I have learnt a lot today after filming my first video!
1) Film horizontally not vertically from now on!
2) How many times do I say the word ‘erm’! So don’t try doing a drinking game to it!
3) Maybe don’t edit on my phone!
4) WHO KNEW IT WAS SO HARD TO TALK TO YOURSELF!
Obviously this is a very hard subject, and I promise future ones are going to be fun and uplifting. This does end on a positive note so please stay with it but i just wanted to introduce myself and explain why this is so important to me:)
Please all have a watch, like and subscribe (please subscribe!) but also share on your social media and get people talking! This is totally out of my comfort zone and not something I ever saw myself doing but everything I have learnt has made me feel empowered and confident enough to do it so stay tuned!
