Thankfully, my guest on this special episode of the Before You’re Ready Series, Lauren Irvine, has seen plenty of success since leaving her 9-5 job in exchange for her true passion – health and fitness.
Lauren is a Master Trainer and the Founder of LIFT Coaching, which helps to empower women to become the best versions of themselves, through embracing an active life and a healthy mindset.
