I ran every single day for a month and this is my transformation! Running everyday for 30 days results! This was part of the weight loss journey that I started during quarantine. Besides running, I also did April Han’s “Get 11 Line Abs Fast” and “Slim Arm in 30 Days” workouts (linked below).
