I think fitness is extremely important for poker players. In this video, I reveal how I transformed myself from being 40 pounds overweight and not being able to run a mile, to being at my ideal healthy weight and having run a marathon and two half marathons. I also discuss the changes I made to my diet and how I work out. At the end of this video, I list some resources where you can get more detailed information on health and fitness that I have found to be useful.
