Meet Health and Fitness Coach Jagriti Sharma. She is ace certified dietician and health coach. She has been working with Saudi based sports company called Leejam, well known for organising some health awareness events for government and non government employees of UAE. She has treated more than 500 clients till now and she also guides cancer and depression patients.
During the interview, she has shared some very important tips and ideas to maintain physical health and balance in life. She is also bikini body guide trainer and ex student of Shiamak Dawar’s Dance Academy. Her art of body shaping will definitely motivate you.
